基于隧道施工的防水板铺设装置结构设计

为保证隧道安全施工,针对防水板铺设装置的结构提出采用轨行式设计方案。该方案中轨道沿中线对称,保证了轨道上同等高度结构的互换性;台架在保证最大净空通道的前提下,保证了行走安全;铺设小车适用于不同倾斜角度防水板的铺设要求,支撑油缸在一定角度内摆动适应凹凸不平的围岩壁面。

In order to ensure the safe construction of the tunnel,the structure of the flashing laying device,the railroad type design scheme,the laying cart platform was designed.the track is symmetrical along the center line to ensure the interchangeability of structures of the same height on the track;the platform ensures the safety of walking on the premise of ensuring the maximum clearance channel;the laying trolley is suitable for the laying requirements of flashing at different inclination angles,the support cylinder swings within a certain angle to adapt to the uneven surrounding rock wall surface.
