回采巷道变形破坏特征及支护方案优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对山西某矿7203回风巷原采用的支护方案存在锚杆受力下降、顶板及巷帮变形量大等问题,在分析巷道锚杆受力、巷道围岩探测钻孔窥视成果基础上,提出增加锚杆、锚索长度以及增加锚杆密度方式对围岩支护方案进行优化,并依据现场实际情况,对回风巷支护优化方案进行设计。现场应用后,回风巷顶底板、巷帮变形量分别被控制在105 mm、113 mm,锚杆及锚索受力稳定,取得较好围岩支护优化效果。 The original support scheme of 7203 backwind road has problems such as anchor rod force decline,large deformation of roof and roadway gang.Based on the analysis of the anchor force of the roadway and the results of the drilling peep of the roadway surrounding rock exploration,we proposed to optimize the support scheme of the surrounding rock by increasing the length of anchor rods and anchor cables and increasing the density of anchor rods,and designed the optimized support scheme of the return wind tunnel based on the actual situation on site.After application on site,the deformation of top and bottom slab and gang of backwind lane were controlled at 105 mm and113 mm respectively,and the anchor rods and anchor cables were stabilized,which achieved a good effect of rock support optimization.
