液压支架偏载工况下特性试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 以矿用液压支架原型试验为依据,选取常用的ZF15000/24/45型放顶煤支架和ZY12000/29/63型掩护式支架分别进行了支架在承受偏载工况下支护性能、压缩量、变形量等参数变动趋势规律的试验与分析。结果表明,在偏载工况下,液压支架初撑力是影响支架支护性能顺利发挥的关键性参数,且液压支架压缩量、顶梁变形量等均对顶板下沉量存在较大影响,为此,必须从以上参数着手,加强回采工作面液压支架性能稳定性控制。 Based on the prototype test of mining hydraulic bracket,the commonly used ZF15000/24/45 type coal release bracket and ZY12000/29/63 type cover bracket were selected to conduct the test and analysis of the trend law of bracket support performance,compression,deformation and other parameters changes under the bias load condition.The results show that the initial support force of hydraulic bracket is the key parameter that affects the smooth performance of bracket support under partial load condition,and the compression amount of hydraulic bracket and deformation amount of roof beam have greater influence on the sinking amount of roof plate.
