摘要
全断面掘进是进行煤矿巷道掘进的重要方式,贯入度对掘进过程中的切削性能具有重要的影响,从而影响掘进的效率。因此,针对贯入度对切削性能的影响,采用ABAQUS有限元仿真的形式建立刀具切削的模型,在不同的贯入度下对切削过程中的切向力、法向力及比能进行分析。结果表明,切向力及法向力随贯入度的增加呈线性增加的趋势,而消耗的比能随贯入度的增加呈显著减小的趋势。
Full-section roadheading is an important way to carry out coal mine tunneling,and the penetration degree has an important influence on the cutting performance during roadheading,thus affecting the efficiency of roadheading.Therefore,for the influence of penetration degree on cutting performance,a model of tool cutting is established in the form of ABAQUS finite element simulation,and the tangential force,normal force and specific energy in the cutting process are analyzed at different penetration degrees.The application results show that the tangential force and normal force increase linearly with the increase of penetration degree,while the specific energy consumed decreases significantly with the increase of penetration degree.
