矿用带式输送机纠偏装置设计及应用

摘要 基于小峪煤矿2202巷在掘进过程中巷道内安装的SSJ-800型带式输送机经常出现跑偏,导致带式输送机胶带出现撕带、磨损,电机负荷加大,巷道内撒煤量大等问题,设计一套SSJ-800型带式输送机纠偏装置。通过实际应用效果来看,该装置自动化水平高、纠偏动作灵敏可靠,大大降低了带式输送机跑偏事故率,提高了带式输送机运行稳定性,应用成效显著。 Based on the fact that the SSJ-800 belt conveyor installed in the roadway of 2202 lane of Xiaoyu coal mine often runs away from the roadway in the process of digging,resulting in belt conveyor tape tearing,wear,increased motor load and large coal spreading in the roadway,and a set of SSJ-800 belt conveyor deflection correction device is designed.Compared with the traditional deflection roller,this device has a high level of automation and a sensitive and reliable deflection action,which greatly reduces the accident rate of belt conveyor runout and improves the stability of belt conveyor operation,and has achieved significant application results.
