摘要
以山西某煤矿81505工作面运输巷为研究对象,对巷道顶板采用锚网+锚索支护方式易出现失稳现象,进行优化设计,并对支护参数进行计算、校核。对巷道顶板支护施工过程存在的问题进行了分析,并及时优化施工方案。顶板离层量监测数据表明,采用优化后的顶板支护技术能够有效控制巷道围岩变形量,保障巷道安全开采。
Taking a coal mine 81505 working face haulage lane in Shanxi Province as the research target,the roof support method of the roadway was optimized and designed,and the support parameters were calculated and calibrated.The problems in the construction process of the roadway roof support were analyzed and the construction plan was optimized in time.The monitoring data of the top plate departure volume shows that the optimized top plate support technology can effectively control the amount of deformation of the roadway surrounding rock and guarantee the safety of roadway mining.
