摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面的生产效率和安全性,对液压支架电气控制系统端头控制器的巡检和集中控制流程进行设计,并通过搭建试验平台对液压支架电气控制系统的综合性能、稳定性、功能进行验证,在实践生产工作面对其应用效果进行评估,取得理想成果。
In order to further improve the production efficiency and safety of the comprehensive mining face,the inspection and centralized control process of the end controller of the hydraulic support electrical control system is designed,and the comprehensive performance,stability and function of the hydraulic support electrical control system are verified by building a test platform,and its application effect is evaluated in the practical production work,and the desired results are achieved.
