摘要
为了提高带式输送机张紧自动化水平以及张紧精度,降低劳动作业强度,避免因输送带张紧不足导致输送带跑偏、打滑、断带等事故发生,长春兴煤矿通过技术研究设计了一套液压张紧装置并进行了运用。通过实际应用来看,该装置具有张紧精度高、故障率低、便于操作等优点,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to improve the automation level of belt conveyor tensioning and tensioning accuracy,reduce labor intensity,and avoid accidents such as belt deflection,slippage and belt breakage due to insufficient belt tensioning,Changchunxing coal mine designed a hydraulic tensioning device through technical research,analyzed the structure and working principle of the device,and through practical application,the device has the advantages of high tensioning accuracy,low failure rate and easy operation,and has achieved significant application results.
