超前支护液压支架在综采工作面的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对山西某矿61205综采工作面由于埋深较大,采面开采时矿压显现明显,加之开采的12号煤层顶底板均为承载能力较差的泥岩,回采巷道超前支护段在采动压力、地应力等综合作用下变形量较大,采用传统的单体+工字钢方式难以满足生产需要这一情况,提出采用超前支护液压支架对回采巷道矿压影响段进行支护,并对选用的液压支架结构进行分析。经现场应用后,回采巷道围岩变形较小,采面超前支护作业人员数量降低2/3,同时劳动强度也大幅降低,为采面煤炭资源高效回采创造了良好条件。 In view of the fact that the 61205 comprehensive mining working face is deeper and the mine pressure is obvious when mining the face,and the top and bottom plates of the 12th coal seam are mudstone with poor bearing capacity,the over-front support section of the back mining lane is deformed under the combined effect of mining pressure and ground stress,etc.,and it is difficult to meet the production needs by using the traditional monolithic +I-beam method,it is proposed that the over-front support hydraulic bracket is used for the back mining The hydraulic brace is proposed to support the mine pressure affected section of the roadway,and the structure of the selected hydraulic brace is analyzed.After the application on site,the centering of the surrounding rock of the back mining tunnel is smaller,and the number of over-supporting operators at the mining face is reduced by 2/3,and the labor intensity is also greatly reduced,which creates good conditions for the efficient recovery of coal resources at the mining face.
