交-直-交变频器在矿井提升机上的应用

摘要 为进一步增加提升机提升系统的提升效率、安全性,降低能耗,在研究提升机变频调速系统性能需求的基础上,以ABB ACS6000直接转矩控制能量回馈型变频器为核心,对其中涉及的传统系统和控制策略进行设计,采用综合控制工艺对提升系统进行精准、及时控制;最后,对交-直-交变频调速系统的操作进行说明,对应用效果进行验证,结果显示该系统具有显著的节能效果,可在矿井提升系统中推广应用。 In order to further increase the hoisting efficiency and s afety of the hoisting system and reduce energy consumption,based on the study of the performance requirements of the hoisting machine inverter speed control system,ABB ACS6000 direct torque control energy feedback inverter is used as the core,the traditional system and control strategy involved in it are designed,and the integrated control process is used for accurate and timely control of the hoisting system;finally,the operation of the AC-DC inverter speed control system is explained and the application effect is verified.The system has significant energy saving effect,which can be promoted and applied in the mine hoisting system in the future.
