摘要 分析了煤矿带式输送机控制系统的需求,开发了基于PLC的控制系统,详细讨论了多电机驱动系统调速和功率平衡的控制策略。考虑到调速速度和稳定性,提出了一种基于无控制作用区的控制策略。实验结果表明,该控制器的总体性能优于传统的PID控制器,在启动期间,所有电机在大约1 s内达到稳态,避免了大启动电流造成的损坏;当电机受到干扰或功率分配失去平衡时,系统可以调整功率分配,直到重建一个新的平衡;调整时间约为2 s,比传统控制系统中花费的时间要少。 The demand of coal mine belt conveyor control system is analyzed,a PLC-based control system is developed,and the control strategy of speed regulation and power balance of multi-motor drive system is discussed in detail.Considering the speed regulation and stability,a control strategy based on no control action zone is proposed.Experimental results show that the overall performance of the controller is better than that of the conventional PID controller.During start-up,all motors reach steady state within about 1 s clock,avoiding damage caused by large start-up currents.When the motors are disturbed or the power distribution is out of balance,the system can adjust the power distribution until a new balance is reestablished.The adjustment time is about 2 s,which is less than the time spent in a conventional control system.
