机器视觉技术在架空乘人装置智能控制中的应用

摘要 为解决矿井架空乘人装置恒速运行时人工值守操控存在的能耗高、磨损量大等问题,提出将机器视觉技术应用到架空乘人装置智能控制中。经现场应用后,架空乘人装置可实现无人值守智能控制,且每天可减少空转时间约7.5 h,年可节省电费、维护及保养费用合计约160万元,取得较为显著的应用成果。 In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high wear and tear in the constant speed operation of the overhead riding device in the mine and manual guarded control,machine vision technology is proposed to be applied to the intelligent control of the overhead riding device.After the application on site,the overhead passenger device can be controlled unattended,and the idling time can be reduced by about 7.5 h per day,which is expected to save electricity,maintenance and repair cost of about 1.6 million yuan per year,and achieve remarkable application results.
