煤矿掘进设备冷却系统的研究与应用

摘要 矿井下掘进设备的发热问题已严重影响矿井下的各部件性能及安全生产,因此,根据掘进设备高功率、电动机数量多、结构复杂及采矿条件较差等特点,对掘进设备的发热原因进行了详细分析,并提出了自动冷却、风冷、水冷等冷却方法,并对三种方法的相关参数进行了设计与验证。实际应用表明:多种冷却方法的协同作用可有效降低掘进设备的温度,提高其工作稳定性,降低采煤成本。 The problem of heat generation in underground digging equipment has seriously affected the performance of various components and safe production in mines.Therefore,based on the characteristics of high power,large number of motors,complex structure and poor mining conditions of digging equipment,the causes of heat generation in digging equipment are analyzed in detail,and cooling methods such as automatic cooling,air cooling and water cooling are proposed,and the relevant parameters of the three methods are designed and verified.The practical application shows that the synergistic effect of multiple cooling methods can effectively reduce the temperature of roadheading equipment,improve its working stability and reduce the cost of coal mining.
