摘要 结合当前智能化水平的不断提高,采用更加先进的智能化控制技术对煤矿掘进系统进行升级设计,基于国家对煤矿智能化建设及评价,开展了煤矿智能化掘进系统的总体方案设计,针对系统中的关键配套设备开展了各分关键设备及控制系统的详细设计,并进行实际应用表明:该系统运行良好、稳定,实现了对系统中各设备运行状态的远程控制及操作,智能化识别能力较强,达到了煤矿智能化建立的评价要求,具有重要的实际应用及指导价值。 Combining with the continuous development of the current level of intelligence,the upgrade design of coal mine tunneling system by using more advanced intelligent control technology has become an important direction of current development.For this reason,current national intelligent construction and evaluation of coal mines,the overall scheme design of the intelligent coal mine tunneling system were carried out,and the detailed design of each sub-key equipment and control system was carried out for the key supporting equipment in the system,and finally,through the practical application of the tunneling system,it was concluded that:the system operates well and stably,and realizes the operation status of each equipment in the system The system has achieved remote control and operation of each equipment in the system,and the intelligent recognition ability is strong,which meets the evaluation requirements for intelligent establishment of coal mines and has important practical application and guidance value.
