摘要
为保障通风机在长期工作状态之下,有效降低能耗、提高设备使用寿命,以通风机风量调节为研究对象,研究并设计采用PID控制器以及自适应PID控制器来实现对通风机风量的调控。基于simulink建立两种控制器的仿真模型,结果表明,在相同的延时以及扰动情况下自适应模糊PID控制器的控制调节效果更优,稳定且超调量更小,系统控制性能优越,对于通风机风量控制系统的设计与研究具有重要参考意义。
In order to ensure the safety of coal mine production,effectively reduce the energy consumption and improve the service life of equipment under the long-term working condition of ventilation fan,the research object of ventilation fan airflow regulation is studied and designed to use PID controller and adaptive PID controller to realize the regulation of ventilation fan airflow.The simulation model of the two controllers is established based on simulink,and the final simulation results show that the adaptive fuzzy PID controller has better control and regulation effect with the same delay and disturbance,and the overshoot is smaller,and the system control performance is superior,which has important reference significance for the design and research of ventilation fan airflow control system.
