摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面的生产效率和安全性,在对某矿351231工作面地质、煤层等条件分析的基础上,对其电控系统中的控制器、压力传感器、行程传感器以及红外传感器等进行选型设计,并以采煤机斜切进刀生产工艺为例,设计了对应的液压支架集中控制功能程序流程。实践应用表明,新型液压支架控制系统能够完成自动化集中控制功能,但仍存在进一步改进的空间。
In order to further improve the productivity and safety of the comprehensive mining face,based on the analysis of the geology and coal seam of 351231 working face,the controller,pressure sensor,stroke sensor and infrared sensor in its electronic control system are selected and designed;and the corresponding centralized control function of hydraulic bracket is designed with the production process of coal mining machine slant cutting into the knife as an example;finally,the superiority of the centralized control function of hydraulic bracket is demonstrated through practical application,but there is still room for further improvement.
