矿用带式输送机工况运行实时监测系统设计研究

摘要 针对煤矿带式输送机事故发生的常见原因,对煤矿带式输送机事故的主要实时监测方法和技术进行了分类,并对其问题进行了分析总结,提出了一种煤矿带式输送机智能实时监控系统。该系统由PLC和触摸屏组成,可以用于控制机器,实时显示运行信息。运用PLCSIM软件进行了仿真试验,结果表明,设计的系统能满足设计要求。 Aiming at the common causes of coal mine belt conveyor accidents,the main real-time monitoring methods and technologies for coal mine belt conveyor accidents are classified and their problems are analyzed and summarized,and an intelligent real-time monitoring system for coal mine belt conveyor belt is proposed.The monitoring system based on PLC technology is designed with the background of harsh working conditions environment in coal mines.The system consists of PLC and touch screen,which can be used to control the machine and display the operation information in real time.Simulation tests were carried out in PLCSIM software using the simulation results,which showed design can meet requires.
