摘要
针对A矿9号薄煤层工作面劳动强度大、设备操作困难等问题,应用了薄煤层综采工作面智能化控制技术,并在现场进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明:工作面采用智能化开采后,三八制每班可回采5刀左右,工作效率提升25%;工作面保留2名巡视人员和2名远程操作人员,有效降低了工人劳动强度,提升了现场工作效率。
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and difficult equipment operation at No.9 thin coal seam working face,the intelligent control technology of thin coal seam comprehensive mining working face was applied and industrial tests were conducted at the site.The test results show that:after the workface adopts intelligent mining,the three-eight system can retrieve about five cuts per shift,and the work efficiency is improved by 25%;the workface retains two inspectors and two remote operators,which effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the work efficiency on site.
