摘要
传统煤矿局部通风机监控系统自动化水平低、监测灵敏度低,当局部通风机出现故障后无法实时将故障源及故障画面进行上传,且容易出现预警延误的现象。针对这个问题白洞矿通过技术研究,安装了一套局部通风机可视化监控系统。通过实际应用效果来看,该系统动作保护灵敏度高,大大降低了局部通风机故障率,取得了显著应用成效。
The traditional coal mine local ventilation fan monitoring sy stem has low automation level and low monitoring sensitivity.When the local ventilation fan fails,the fault source and fault screen cannot be uploaded in real time,and the early warning is easily delayed.In response to this problem,Baidong Mine has installed a local ventilation fan visualization monitoring system through technical research.Through the actual application effect,the system action protection sensitivity is high,greatly reducing the local ventilation fan failure rate,and has achieved significant application results.
