热电厂汽轮机冲转过程中轴瓦振动超标问题探讨

摘要 以某热电厂1号汽轮机3号机组为研究对象,针对该机组直流润滑油泵在正常试验过程中润滑油过压阀无法正常复位,造成润滑油压低跳机及轴瓦振动超标并引发打闸停机的设备故障的问题,对故障原因进行深入剖析,提出了相应的防范措施,供其他热电厂借鉴参考。 Taking No.1 turbine unit No.3 of a thermal power plant as the object,on the basis of sorting out the process of equipment failure in which the lubricating oil overpressure valve could not be reset normally during the normal test of DC lubricating oil pump of the unit,which caused the low lubricating oil pressure to jump and the vibration of the shaft tile to exceed the standard and triggered the shutdown,an in-depth analysis of the causes of the failure was conducted and corresponding preventive measures were proposed for reference of other thermal power plants.
