发泡剂对体育器材用交联PVC泡沫泡孔结构的影响

摘要 为解决常规发泡工艺下PVC泡沫泡孔直径过大的问题,提出基于改性AC的PVC发泡工艺,利用硬脂酸锌对AC进行改性处理获得mAC,以mAC为发泡剂制备PVC泡沫。经实验分析发现,发泡剂mAC能够显著降低PVC泡沫泡孔直径,使PVC泡沫更加适应小型手持式体育器材的加工制造。 In order to solve the problem of too large 以 ell diameter of PVC foam in conventional foaming processes,we put forward a PVC foaming process based on the modified AC(mAC).In this process,AC was modified by zinc stearate and mAC was obtained,and PVC foam was thus prepared with mAC as a blowing agent.The experimental analysis shows that the blowing agent mAC can significantly reduce the diameter of PVC foams and make the PVC foam more suitable for the manufacture of small hand-held sports equipment.
