摘要
目的:了解护理实习生重大传染病突发事件应急能力的现况及培养情况。方法:采用便利取样法,对某三甲综合医院的护理实习生147人进行在线问卷调查。结果:护理实习生重大传染病突发事件应急能力总分为(131.48±27.68)分。在学校阶段,不足60%的研究对象接受过重大传染病突发事件应急处理相关培训。在医院实习阶段,不足50%的研究对象接受了相关培训。结论:护理实习生重大传染病突发事件的应急能力处于中等水平,学校及医院对相关知识及技能的培训存在不足,需要进一步加强。
Objective:To investigate student nurses’emergency response competency to major infectious diseases and the current training situation.Methods:147 student nurses were recruited using convenience sampling method and investigated online.Results:The total scores of student nurses’emergency response competency were 131.48±27.68.Less than 60%of the subjects reported receiving the training of emergency preparedness competency in university.Less than 50%of the subjects received training in hospital.Conclusion:Student nurses’emergency response competency is at the middle level.The training of knowledge and skills about major infectious disease emergencies in school education and hospital training is insufficient,which needs to be further strengthened.
