社会实践对医学生基层就业观念的影响研究

Research on the influence of social practice on medical students’ view on finding a job in the primary care sector

文章采用问卷调查、访谈等方式和整群抽样方法,随机抽取重庆某医学院642名医学生进行调查,对问卷进行描述性分析,了解社会实践对医学生基层就业观念的影响,为加强和改进医学生社会实践、提升基层对医学生的吸引力提供参考。

This article uses questionnaire surveys,interviews,and cluster sampling methods to randomly select 642 medical students from a certain medical school in Chongqing to conduct a survey,and conduct a descriptive analysis of the questionnaire to understand the impact of social practice on medical students’employment concepts at the primary care level,in order to strengthen and improve medicine.Provide a reference for social practice and enhance the attractiveness of primary care to medical students.
