摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动结合多元化教学模式在口腔实习医生院感教学中的应用效果。方法:对照组采取传统教学方法,实验组在此基础上,成立品管圈并开展多元化教学活动。以两组的成绩、满意度、职业暴露发生率及手卫生执行率正确率作为评价手段。结果:实验组的成绩、满意度、手卫生执行率正确率均高于对照组(P<0.05),职业暴露发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:辅以品管圈结合多元化教学活动,可有效提高口腔实习医生院感教学质量。
Objective:To study the application effect of quality control circle activities combined with diversified teaching methods in teaching nosocomial infection of stomatology interns in clinical training.Methods:Based on traditional training,the diversified teaching methods combined with QCC activities was adopted to train the experimental group interns,while the control group just adopted traditional training.Results:The experimental group’s test score,satisfaction for teaching activities,and compliance rate of hand hygiene were higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the occupational exposure rate was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions:Supplementing QCC activities with diversified teaching methods can effectively improve the quality of nosocomial infection teaching in the clinical training for stomatology interns.
