以团队为基础的教学法在普外科护生带教中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨以团队为基础的教学法在普外科护生中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2021年7月实习的42名护生为研究对象。对照组护生采用传统讲座教学法,实验组护生采用以团队为基础的教学法。比较两组护生考核成绩、评判性思维能力。结果:实验组护生理论和操作考核成绩均高于对照组,评判性思维能力各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以团队为基础的教学方法能够有效提高普外科护生学习效果。
