cTnT、HbA1c与急性缺血性脑卒中早期神经功能缺损严重程度的关系 被引量:4

Relationships between cTnT,HbA1c and the Severity of Neurological Deficits in the Early Stage of Acute Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的探讨心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与急性缺血性脑卒中早期神经功能缺损严重程度的关系。方法选取2017年6月—2020年10月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中82例作为研究组,另选取同期体检的健康人93例作为对照组。检测2组血清cTnT、HbA1c水平,评估急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损严重程度。比较不同人群cTnT、HbA1c水平;分析cTnT、HbA1c与急性缺血性脑卒中患者早期神经功能缺损严重程度的相关性。结果研究组血清cTnT、HbA1c水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度轻度32例,中度27例,重度23例。重度组血清cTnT、HbA1c水平均高于中度组和轻度组,且中度组高于轻度组(P<0.05)。急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清cTnT、HbA1c水平与早期神经功能缺损严重程度均呈正相关(r=0.482、0.513,P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者cTnT、HbA1c水平均明显上升,且与早期神经功能缺损严重程度具有一定相关性,通过检测上述因子水平可有效评估患者神经功能。 Objective To investigate the relationships between cardiac troponin T(cTnT),Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and the severity of neurological deficits in the early stage of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A total of 82 cases of AIS admitted to hospital from June 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research group,and 93 healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum cTnT and HbA1c in the two groups were detected to evaluate the severity of neurological deficits in patients with AIS.CTnT and HbA1c levels of different populations were compared.The correlation between cTnT,HbA1c and the severity of neurological deficits in early stage of AIS in patients was analyzed.Results The serum cTnT and HbA1c levels in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).There were 32 cases of mild,27 cases of moderate and 23 cases of severe neurological deficits in patients with AIS.Serum cTnT and HbA1c levels in the severe group were higher than those in the moderate and mild groups,and higher in the moderate group than in the mild group(P<0.05).Serum cTnT and HbA1c levels were positively correlated with the severity of early neurological deficits in patients with AIS(r=0.482,0.513,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of cTnT and HbA1c in patients with AIS are significantly increased,which have a certain correlation with the severity of neurological deficits in early stage of AIS.The detection of the levels of these factors can effectively assess the neurological function of patients.
