瓜蒌宽肠胶囊联合西沙必利对妇科腹部术后胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Gualou Kuanchang Capsule Combined with Cisapride on Gastrointestinal Function after Gynecological Abdominal Surgery

目的探讨瓜蒌宽肠胶囊联合西沙必利对妇科腹部术后胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月收治的接受妇科腹部手术患者64例,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组在常规处理基础上采用西沙必利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合瓜蒌宽肠胶囊治疗,疗程均为7 d。比较2组临床疗效,治疗7 d后胃肠功能恢复时间,治疗1、7 d后胃肠激素、血炎性指标水平,记录不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间短于对照组,胃肠激素水平高于对照组,血C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瓜蒌宽肠胶囊联合西沙必利有助于妇科腹部术后患者胃肠功能的恢复,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Gualou Kuanchang Capsule combined with cisapride on gastrointestinal function after gynecological abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 64 patients who received gynecological abdominal surgery from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32)according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with Cisapride on the basis of routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Gualou Kuanchang Capsule on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 7 d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function at 7 d after treatment,the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and blood inflammatory indexes at 1 and 7 d after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after treatment,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the levels of gastrointestinal hormones were higher,while the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 were lower in the observation group,as compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gualou Kuanchang Capsules combined with Cisapride can help the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological abdominal surgery,effectively improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones,inhibit inflammatory factors,and has good safety.
