肌骨超声联合骨量测定对官兵膝关节稳定性的评估价值

Value of Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography Combined with Bone Mass Determination in Evaluation of Knee Joint Stability in Officers and Soldiers

摘要 目的探讨肌骨超声联合骨量测定对膝关节稳定性的评估价值。方法选择2020年12月—2021年12月疗养男性健康官兵200例,其中高海拔地域95例,低海拔地域105例,分别行膝关节超声检查与跟骨骨量的测定。结果高海拔地域官兵骨量减少发生的概率高于低海拔地域官兵,骨量减少者膝关节病变发生率高于骨量正常者(P<0.05)。骨量减少发生的概率与年龄呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论骨量是维持关节静态稳度的重要因素,骨密度增加对肌腱及韧带有一定的保护作用。应用肌骨超声联合骨量测定可为膝关节的保护策略提供重要依据。 Objective To explore the value of musculoskeletal ultrasonography combined with bone mass determination in evaluating knee joint stability.Methods A total of 200 healthy male officers and soldiers from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected,including 95 cases in high-altitude areas and 105 cases in low-altitude areas,and underwent ultrasound examination of the knee joint and determination of calcaneal bone mass respectively.Results The probability of osteopenia in officers and soldiers in high altitude area was higher than that in low altitude area,and the incidence of knee joint disease in patients with osteopenia was higher than that in patients with normal bone mass(P<0.05).The probability of osteopenia was positively correlated with age(P<0.05).Conclusion Bone mass is an important factor to maintain the static stability of joints,and the increase of bone density has a certain protective effect on tendons and ligaments.The application of musculoskeletal ultrasonography and bone mass determination can provide an important basis for knee joint protection strategies.
