上杭县禽流感一免和二免免疫效果对比与分析

Comparative analysis of primary and secondary immunization effects of avian influenza in Shanghang county

选取4家规模禽场进行禽流感灭活疫苗一免和二免免疫效果对比试验。结果表明,鸡群一免产生的抗体合格率≥80.0%,能起到群体保护作用;鸭群一免产生的抗体合格率≤63.3%,不能起到群体保护作用。二免鸡群和鸭群的抗体合格率均高于一免,能起到较好的群体保护作用,且鸡群的抗体效价和整齐度优于鸭群。鸭群要想获得较好的免疫效果,必须实施二免。

Four large-scale poultry farms were selected for the first immunization and second immunization effect comparison test of inactivated avian influenza vaccine.The results showed that the antibody pass rate of the first immunization of chicken flock was≥80.0%,which could play the role of herd protection;the antibody pass rate of the first immunization of duck flock was≤63.3%,which could not play the role of herd protection.the antibody pass rate of the second immunization of both chicken flock and duck flock was higher than the first immunization,which could play a better role of herd protection,and the antibody potency and neatness of chicken flock were better than duck flock.The second immunization must be implemented in order to obtain a better immunization effect in duck flocks.
