摘要
在数字转型背景下,为帮助缺乏资源的中小型企业应对如何利用数字技术进行创新进而创造价值的机遇与挑战,基于创新价值链和网络理论建立中小型企业数字创新价值链模型,采用结构方程模型(SEM)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA),从数字产品创新、数字服务创新和商业模式创新3个维度以及商业关系网络和个人关系网络两类数字化网络,利用267家中小型企业的数据进行实证检验。结果表明:中小型企业采用数字技术与其数字化网络之间存在显著的正相关关系,其中个人关系网络对3个维度的创新均产生正向影响,商业关系网络对数字服务创新具有正向影响;数字产品创新与数字服务创新对中小型企业的经营能力均具有显著的正向影响,其中数字技术是核心条件。由此给出中小型企业在不同发展目标下可考虑的数字创新路径,并提出制定帮扶中小型企业提高数字技术采用的精准政策。
In the context of digital transformation,in order to help small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)lacking in resources cope with the opportunities and challenges about how to use digital technology to innovate and then create value,based on the theory of innovation value chain and networks,this paper conceptualizes the digital innovation value chain,establishes a digital innovation value chain model for SMEs,uses the method of structural equation modeling(SEM)and fuzzy-set qualitative comparatives analysis(fsQCA),performs empirical tests by the data from 267 Chinese digital SMEs for examining the relationships between adoption of digital technology,digital products innovation,digital service innovation,business model innovation and business networks and personal networks.The results show that there are some positive relationships between the path of adoption of digital technology to SMEs’market share and profit level,and among them,personal relationship network has a positive impact on the innovation of the three dimensions,and business relationship network has a positive impact on digital service innovation.Moreover,digital product innovation and digital service innovation both have a significant positive impact on the operating ability of SMEs,among which digital technology is the core condition.The paper thus gives the digital innovation path that SMEs can consider under different development goals,and proposes to formulate precise policies to help SMEs improve the adoption of digital technology.
