产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性研究述评

Review on the Stability of Industrial Technological Innovation Strategic Alliance

为系统梳理国内外关于产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性研究的发展脉络和研究主题,为我国产业技术创新战略联盟的发展和培育提供理论依据和政策支持,采用定量与定性相结合的方法对相关文献进行聚类分析,发现至今学界主要是从静态角度分析产业技术创新战略联盟的稳定性,集中于概念界定、联盟成员选择、资源投入、联盟成员信任及稳定性影响因素等5个方面。对此,分别从组建动机和目标进行概念总结,认为联盟成员的选择和资源投入是联盟稳定性的前因变量,联盟的规模、管理能力、激励机制、成员文化差异、成员利益分配机制、成员信任度等是影响联盟稳定性的重要因素。基于此,提出未来需进一步拓宽研究视角、创新研究方法、拓展研究深度,以及加强关于多联盟的研究。

This paper systematically combs the development context and research theme of the stability of industrial technological innovation strategic alliance at home and abroad,in order to provide theoretical basis and policy support for the development and cultivation of industrial technological innovation strategic alliance in China.The paper uses quantitative and qualitative methods to cluster the relevant literatures,finds that the stability of industrial technological innovation strategic alliance is mainly analyzed from a static perspective,the current research focuses on five aspects:concept definition,alliance member selection,resource input,alliance member trust and influencing factors of stability.In this regard,the paper summarizes the concept of the motivation and goal respectively,and believes that the selection of alliance members and resource input are the leading factor variables of alliance stability,while the scale,management ability,incentive mechanism,cultural difference of members,benefit distribution mechanism of members and trust degree of members are the important factors affecting the stability of alliance.Based on this,the paper suggests that the research perspective should be further expanded,research methods should be innovated,research depth should be expanded,and multi-alliance research should be strengthened in the future.
