上海高端服务业高质量发展的主要影响因素:基于“双循环”新发展格局视角

Main Factors Affecting High-quality Development of High-end Service Industry in Shanghai:From the Perspective of New Development Pattern of"Dual-cycle"

基于“双循环”新格局研究影响上海高端服务业高质量发展的主要因素。基于2000—2019年中国13个省市的经济数据,通过Stata16.0软件进行回归分析,结果表明研发创新、金融资源、财政实力都是推动上海高端服务业高质量发展的重要因素。其中,研发创新提供科技支持和供给,金融资源提供持续的金融服务保障和资金支持,均显著影响高端服务业的发展。为促进上海高端服务业高质量创新发展,提出突出上海作为国家中心城市的资源优势、建立共性技术研发平台、打造专业金融资本集聚区等政策建议。

Under the new pattern of dual-cycle,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting high-quality development of Shanghai’s high-end service industry.Based on economic data of 13 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2019,the paper carries out regression analysis through Stata16.0 software.The results show that R&D innovation,financial resources and fiscal strength are all important factors to promote the high-quality development of high-end service industry.Among them,R&D innovation can provide scientific and technological support and supply,financial resources provide continuous financial service guarantee and financial support,they all significantly affect the development of high-end service industry.In order to promote the high-quality innovation and development of Shanghai’s high-end service industry,the paper proposes to highlight Shanghai’s resource advantages as a national central city,establish a common technology research and development platform,and create a professional financial capital agglomeration area.
