多式交通对高技术产业集聚溢出效应的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of the Spillover Effect of Multimodal Transportation on the Agglomeration of High-Tech Industries

为促进立体多式交通在中国的生态集约效应及红利共享效应增长,推进新时代区域经济高质量协调发展,将高技术产业集聚的空间溢出效应与多式交通相结合,基于新经济地理学,采用熵值法、空间杜宾模型,利用中国30个省份2005—2018年相关数据,综合分析公路、铁路、航空3类主要交通方式对区域高技术产业集聚的空间溢出效应及逻辑路径。结果表明:高技术产业集聚水平存在显著的空间依赖性,相邻省域高技术产业集聚存在正向溢出;3种交通方式对高技术产业空间集聚均有显著正向溢出效应但存在差异,对于高技术产业集聚度高的省份,与其位置相邻、经济条件相似的省份获得其溢出效应主要通过公路运输,航空或铁路运输次之,而与其位置相邻、技术条件相似的省份则主要通过铁路运输,次之为航空运输,最后才是公路运输。据此提出建构并完善多式联运交通网络、有先后空间时序地建设不同交通、提升高技术产业发展的区域整体效应等对策建议。

In order to promote the ecological intensive effect and dividend sharing effect of three-dimensional multimodal transportation in China,to promote the high-quality and coordinated development of regional economy in the new era,based on new economic geography,this paper adopts entropy method and spatial dubin model,and uses relevant data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2018 to comprehensively analyze the spatial spillover effect and logical path of highway,railway and aviation transportation modes on regional high-tech industry agglomeration.The results show that there is a significant spatial dependence on the level of high-tech industry agglomeration,and there is a positive spillover effect among adjacent provinces;the three modes have significant positive spillover effects on the spatial agglomeration of high-tech industries but there are differences,for provinces with a high concentration of high-tech industries,provinces with adjacent locations and similar economic conditionsprovinces should achieve spillover effects,mainly by road transport,followed by air or rail transport,while provinces with adjacent locations and similar technical conditions are mainly by railway transport,followed by air transport,and finally by road transport.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,including constructing and improving the multimodal transportation network,constructing different transportation in a sequential space and time sequence,and enhancing the regional overall effect on the development of high-tech industries.
