摘要
5,6-二羟基吲哚作为黑色素的重要前体,因其具有低毒、无副作用等特点,作为染料、香料及药物中间体被广泛使用。由于5,6-二羟基吲哚对氧气、pH等外部环境极为敏感,性质不稳定,较难获取合格的产品。本文通过以3,4-二苄氧基苯甲醛为原料,经过硝化、环合等四步反应得到目标产物,利用缓冲溶液及保险粉保护酚羟基避免氧化变质,具有收率高,氧化副产物少等优势。
As an important precursor of melanotic pigment,5,6-dihydroxyindole was widely applied to dye,perfume as well as medical intermediate,because of low toxicity and no toxic side effect.However,due to its sensitivity to oxygen and pH,5,6-dihydroxyindole is difficult to be getten.By using 3,4-dibenzoxybenzaldehyde as raw material,the target product was obtained through four steps,which has the characteristics of high yield and low oxidation by-product.
