摘要
运用红外光谱对纯亚麻籽油及菜籽油,大豆油,花生油等与纯亚麻籽油的混合油的图谱进行分析,通过观察彼此间红外光谱图的差异来判断亚麻籽油的掺伪。实验分别将玉米油和菜籽油,玉米油和大豆油,大豆油和菜籽油以1∶1(体积比),玉米油、菜籽油、大豆油以1∶1∶1(体积比)比例混合加入纯亚麻籽油,且每组油又分别以5%,10%,15%,20%的梯度进行混合配置成新的混合油,收集几组混合油在400~4 000 cm-1范围内的光谱图,对红外光谱图进行研究,并对提取各组混合油红外光谱数据的主成分进行分析。实验表明红外光谱可以用于检测亚麻籽油的掺伪。
The infrared spectrum of pure flax seed oil,rapeseed oil,soybean oil,peanut oil and pure flax seed oil were analyzed,and the adulteration of flax seed oil was judged by observing the difference of infrared spectrum between them.In the experiment,corn oil and rapeseed oil,corn oil and soybean oil,soybean oil and rapeseed oil were mixed at a ratio of 1∶1,and corn oil,rapeseed oil and soybean oil were mixed at a ratio of 1∶1∶1 to add pure flaxseed oil,and each group of oil was mixed at a gradient of 5%,10%,15%and 20%,respectively,to form a new mixture oil.The spectra of several groups of mixed oil in the range of 400~4000 cm-1 were collected,and the infrared spectra were studied,and the principal components of the infrared spectral data extracted from each group of mixed oil were analyzed.The experiment shows that infrared spectrum can be used to detect the adulteration of linseed oil.
