工单制管理在秦皇岛32-6项目配管专业中的应用

Application of Work Order Management in Piping Specialty of QHD 32-6 Project

基于秦皇岛32-6项目,进行了工单制管理在配管专业中的应用研究,借鉴一体化建造的成功经验,根据现场施工的实际情况,确定工单划分的原则并编制出一套工单用于下发使用,针对工单反馈的问题,制作配管工单反馈表用于跟踪,研究成果为后续临港场地的应用中积累宝贵的经验。

Based on QHD 32-6 project,the application of work order system management in piping specialty is studied.Drawing on the successful experience of integrated construction and the actual situation of on-site construction,the principle of work order division is determined,and a set of work orders is prepared for distribution.Aiming at the problem of work order feedback,the piping work order feedback form is made for tracking.The research results accumulate valuable experience for the follow-up application of port site.
