摘要
近年来,随着清洁能源业务不断推广,越来越多的液化天然气工程站场开始建设。对于项目管理来说,变更管理是项目管理中的重要组成部分,也是衡量项目绩效的重要指标。为了更好地进行LNG工程变更范围管理,本文以一在建LNG接收站项目为例,运用统计学分析方法,分析变更产生原因,提出变更管控要点,这将有助于提高项目变更控制能力。
In recent years,with the continuous promotion of clean energy,more and more LNG terminals have been built.Engineering change management is an important part of project management and an important performance measurement index.In order to better manage the scope of LNG terminal engineering change,this paper takes an LNG receiving station project under construction as an example,using statistical analysis methods to analyze the causes of engineering changes,and puts forward the key points of engineering change control,which will help improve the engineering change control ability of the project.
