摘要
定义温度均匀性指标Tu=1-r(r为塔截面温差绝对值与其平均温度的比值),考察了操作参数对急冷塔内温度均匀性的影响。结果表明,进口温度升高会加快蒸发,使Tu的下降速率变大,而上升速率基本不变,最终导致出口温度均匀性变差;增大进口流量和喷雾角都会使蒸发区域上移,而Tu下降和上升前半段速率变化不大,上升后半段Tu趋于一致;粒径过小产生的影响与进口温度升高是一致的,粒径过大虽然能使Tu下降变缓,但会产生二次蒸发使Tu的上升段产生波动,导致出口温度均匀性变差。
We define the temperature uniformity index Tu=1-r(r is the ratio of the absolute value of the temperature difference of the tower section to the average temperature),and investigate the influence of operating parameters on the temperature uniformity in the quench tower.The results show that increasing the inlet temperature will speed up the evaporation rate,making the decline rate of temperature uniformity larger,but the rise rate will not change significantly,eventually leading to the deterioration of the outlet temperature uniformity.Increasing the inlet flow rate and spray angle will move the turning point upwards,but the decline and rise rates will not change much,and the temperature uniformity will eventually become uniform.Moderate spray particle size is important.Smaller particle sizes will increase the temperature difference due to the increase in evaporation rate.Larger particles will cause secondary evaporation problems,which will worsen the temperature uniformity.
