芪柴消瘿方治疗良性甲状腺结节效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨芪柴消瘿方治疗良性甲状腺结节(TN)的效果,分析其对甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺结节体积的影响。方法:选取82例良性甲状腺结节患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各41例。对照组接受左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用芪柴消瘿方治疗。比较两组患者甲状腺结节体积、甲状腺激素水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率95.12%高于对照组73.17%(P<0.05);观察组结节最大直径及体积均明显低于对照组,促甲状腺素(TSH)水平及各中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪柴消瘿方能显著缩小良性甲状腺结节患者的结节直径及体积,缓解患者临床证候,改善患者甲状腺功能,效果优于单纯西药。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qichai Xiaoying recipe on patients with benign thyroid nodules(TN),and to analyze its effect on the level of thyroid hormone and the volume of thyroid nodules.Methods:82 patients with benign thyroid nodules were randomized into two groups,each with 41 cases.The control group were treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,while the observation group were treated with Qichai Xiaoying recipe on the basis of the control group.The level of thyroid hormone and volume of thyroid nodules in patients were compared between both groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 73.17%of the control group(P<0.05);the maximum diameter and volume of nodules in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the TSH level and the scores of various TCM syndromes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qichai Xiaoying recipe is more effective than western medicine,which can significantly reduce the diameter and volume of nodules in patients with benign thyroid nodules,relieve their clinical symptoms,and improve the thyroid function of the patients.
