七味白术散合补阳还五汤治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者的效果观察

Effects of Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity

目的:探讨七味白术散合补阳还五汤治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴肥胖患者的效果。方法:选取116例T2DM伴肥胖患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组。常规组58例,予以基础治疗;研究组58例,在常规组基础上予以七味白术散合补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、血糖指标、肥胖指标、低血糖发生率。结果:研究组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,研究组中医证候积分、血糖水平、体质量指数、腰臀比、腰围均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组低血糖发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM伴肥胖患者服用七味白术散合补阳还五汤疗效显著,可改善血糖与肥胖指标,缓解临床症状,且低血糖发生率较低。

Objective:To discuss the effects of Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with obesity.Methods:116 cases of T2DM patients complicated with obesity were randomized into 2 groups,each with 58 cases.The conventional group received basic treatment.While the study group were treated with Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,blood glucose index,obesity index,and incidence of hypoglycemia before and after treatment were compared between patients in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,blood glucose level,body mass index,waist-hip ratio and waist circumference of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);and the incidence of hypoglycemia in study group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction has significant effects on T2DM patients complicated with obesity,which can improve blood glucose and obesity index,relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients.
