复合树脂高强纤维固定与结扎丝牙周夹板固定治疗牙周炎缺损牙患者的效果分析

Effect of composite resin high-strength fiber fixation and ligature wire periodontal splint fixation on periodontitis defect teeth in patients

目的:探究复合树脂高强纤维固定与结扎丝牙周夹板固定治疗牙周炎缺损牙的临床效果。方法:选取102例牙周炎缺损牙患者,按照牙齿固定方案不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例。两组均给予常规干预,对照组应用结扎丝牙周夹板固定治疗,观察组应用复合树脂高强纤维固定治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、附着丧失度(AL)、牙龈出血指数(GBI)、不良事件总发生率和满意度。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率96.08%高于对照组88.24%(P<0.05);观察组PLI、AL、PD、GBI均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率5.88%低于对照组19.61%(P<0.05);观察组总满意度94.12%高于对照组80.39%(P<0.05)。结论:与结扎丝牙周夹板法固定治疗相比,复合树脂高强纤维法固定治疗牙周炎缺损牙能有效提高临床治疗效果,改善牙周症状,提高满意度,并能减少不良事件的发生。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of composite resin high-strength fiber fixation and ligature wire periodontal splint fixation on periodontitis defect teeth in patients.Methods:102 patients with periodontitis defect teeth were randomized into the observation and control group according to different therapy regimens,each with 51 cases.Both groups received conventional treatment at first,then the control group received ligature wire periodontal splint fixation,and composite resin high-strength fiber fixation was applied to the observation group.The clinical efficacy,plaque index(PLI),periodontal pocket depth(PD),attachment loss(AL)and gingival bleeding index(GBI)before and after treatment,overall incidence of adverse events and satisfaction were compared between patients in both groups.Results:After 3 months treatment,the total effective rate for the observation group was 96.08%,higher than 88.24%for the control group(P<0.05);PLI,AL,PD and GBI in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse events in observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 19.61 in control group(P<0.05);and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 80.39%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ligature wire periodontal splint fixation,composite resin high-strength fiber fixation can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve periodontal symptoms,increase satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events as well.
