动脉瘤介入栓塞术治疗高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的效果观察

Effects of interventional embolization of aneurysm on patients with poor-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的:探究动脉瘤介入栓塞术治疗高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(p-aSAH)的效果。方法:选取78例p-aSAH患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组各39例。A组采用动脉瘤介入栓塞术治疗,B组采用常规颅内夹闭术治疗。对比两组患者动脉瘤腔填塞程度、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平、并发症发生情况。结果:术后,两组患者动脉瘤腔填塞程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均明显高于B组(P<0.05);A组并发症总发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:动脉瘤介入栓塞术治疗p-aSAH患者效果显著,同时能有效减少术后并发症发生率,且能保护免疫功能不受损伤,有利于患者预后康复。

Objective:To explore the effects of interventional embolization of aneurysm in the treatment of patients with poor-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(p-aSAH).Methods:78 p-aSAH patients were randomized into Group A and Group B,each with 39 cases.Group A were treated with interventional embolization of aneurysm,while Group B were treated with conventional clipping of intracranial aneurysm.The degree of aneurysm tamponade,levels of immune function indicators[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)]and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After surgery,there was no significant difference in the degree of aneurysm tamponade between the two groups(P>0.05);the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in Group A were significantly higher than those in Group B(P<0.05);and the total incidence rate of complications in Group A was significantly lower than that in Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional embolization of aneurysm for p-aSAH patients can not only achieve the effective therapeutic effect,but also effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and protect immune function,which is conducive to the prognosis and recovery of patients.
