宫颈机能不全的诊治进展

Progress in diagnosis and treatment of cervical incompetence

宫颈机能不全的发病率逐年上升,是导致流产、早产的主要原因之一,对育龄期妇女造成极大的身心伤害,但该病的发病机制不明确,临床诊断无统一标准。宫颈环扎术虽是目前公认的有效治疗方法,但也有其他临床治疗选择。笔者现以宫颈机能不全的发病机理为前提,从临床诊断、保守治疗、手术治疗、临床讨论4个方面对该病的研究进展进行综述。

The incidence of cervical incompetence is increasing year by year,which is one of the main causes of abortion and premature delivery,causing great physical and mental harm to women of childbearing age.However,the pathogenesis of this disease is unclear and there is no unified standard for clinical diagnosis.Cervical cerclage is currently recognized as an effective treatment,but there are other clinical treatment options.Based on the premise of the pathogenesis of cervical incompetence,the author in this paper reviews the research progress of cervical incompetence from four aspects:clinical diagnosis,conservative treatment,surgical treatment and clinical discussion.
