Strengthening the Construction of Social Psychological Services System to Promote Innovation in Social Governance

社会心理服务体系建设,并非一般意义上的心理健康服务体系,而应该是一种包括社会心态构建、心理健康服务网络健全、社会心态预警和危机干预,以及公共政策的心理评估等内容在内的社会治理体系。当前,由于公共政策决策者的认知局限、心理学和公共管理专业发展的局限、公众参与渠道局限等多重因素的影响,社会心理服务体系建设仍面临着许多的问题和挑战。需要从思想、组织、学科建设、人才培养、服务渠道和技术运用等几个方面,加强社会心理服务体系建设,推进我国社会治理理念和治理方式的创新。

The construction of a social psychological service system is not only as a mental health service system,but also a social governance system.This construction serves including the construction of social mentality,a sound mental health service network,social mentality early warning and crisis intervention,and psychological evaluation of public policies,etc.At present,the construction of social psychological service system is still facing many problems and challenges due to the influence of multiple factors,such as the cognitive limitations of public policy makers,the limitations of professional development of psychology and public administration,and the limitations of public participation channels.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of social psychological service system from the aspects of ideology,organization,discipline construction,personnel training,service channels and technology application,so as to promote the innovation of the concept and mode of social governance in China.
