企业文化赋能中小企业员工心智模式路径探索

摘要 通过中小企业文化基因构建角度探索员工心智模式培养路径,实现员工心智模式与企业发展目标的同一性,为提升企业绩效提供理论借鉴,为中小企业全面提升核心竞争力、实现良好文化基因传承、持续长久发展提供了思路。 This paper attempts to explore the ways of cultivating the employee's mental model and to realize the identity of the employee's mental model and the enterprise's development goal from the perspective of constructing the cultural gene of small and medium-sized enterprises as to provide theoretical reference for improving the en‐terprise's performance and providing ideas for medium and small-sized enterprises to improve their core com‐petitiveness,carry out good cultural gene inheritance and develop continuously and long.
