摘要
通过以沈阳建筑大学测绘工程专业为例,提出工程教育引领、协同育人驱动的人才培养模式,从顶层设计、教学实施、质量评价及改进、师资队伍建设等环节,重点阐述人才培养措施和实施情况。通过过程监控机制和考核评价办法,论述该模式的优势及成果。
Taking surveying and mapping engineering major of Shenyang Jianzhu University as an example,this paper puts forward the talent cultivation mode of engineering education leading and collaborative education driving,and expounds the measures and implementation of talent cultivation from the aspects of top-level design,teaching implementation,quality evaluation and improvement,and faculty construction.The advantages and results of this model are discussed through process monitoring mechanism and assessment method.
