随着科技的进步,教育信息化对高等教育所产生的影响将越来越大,尤其对转变教育思想和教育观念、促进教学改革、实现教学手段的现代化等都将起到重要作用。教师的信息技术应用水平直接关乎学校教育信息化的发展。为实现高校教师教育信息化能力的提升,提出了以建设信息环境推动信息化的普及,以信息化的普及推动具备信息素养的教师队伍的发展路线,即建设教育管理平台,打造教育信息化环境;依托优质的信息服务实现教育信息化的普及;引导教师重塑角色,接受当代社会信息技术的教育思想,主动运用信息技术进行教育教学,从而提升信息技术应用能力。

Educational informatization has an increasing impact on higher education,especially on changing educational ideas and concepts,promoting teaching reform and realizing the modernization of teaching means.As an indispensable and important factor in school education and teaching,teachers'application level of information technology is directly related to the development of school education informatization.In order to improve the informatization ability of College teachers'education.This paper puts forward the development route of building an information environment to promote the popularization of informatization and the popularization of informatization to promote the construction of teachers with information literacy.That is,first,building an education management platform and create an education information environment;Secondly,relying on high-quality information services to achieve the popularization of educational informatization;Finally,guiding teachers to reshape their roles,accept the educational thought of information technology in contemporary society,and actively use information technology for education and teaching,so as to improve the application ability of information technology.
