基于动物实验的丰富环境训练在缺血性脑卒中后的康复研究进展

Research Progress of Animal-Based Intensive Environmental Training in Rehabilitation after Ischemic Stroke

近年来,有关环境影响的缺血性脑卒中后功能障碍恢复的康复理念、技术特别是动物实验结果的最新报道,使环境因素作为一种康复治疗技术充满希望。研究显示,丰富环境训练治疗缺血性脑卒中后动物多种功能障碍均得到明显改善。其训练不需特定物理治疗方式,安全性高,康复效果显著,在动物实验中取得可喜的效果。本文通过检索PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、万方医学网收录的与丰富环境训练治疗缺血性脑卒中的相关文献进行综述,以期为未来应用于临床提供理论基础。

In recent years,the latest reports on the concepts and techniques of rehabilitation of dysfunction after ischemic stroke affected by environment,especially the results of animal experiments,make environmental factors as a rehabilitation treatment technique full of hope.Studies have shown that a variety of functional disorders in animals after the treatment of ischemic stroke by enriched environmental training can be significantly improved.Its training does not need specific physical therapy,high safety,rehabilitation effect is obvious,and has achieved isults in animal experiments.In this paper,we searched PubMed,CNKI and Wanfang Medical Network for literatures related to environmental enrichment in the treatment of ischemic stroke,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application in the future.
