摘要
为了构建一套完整的沥青路面施工质量信息实时监控评价系统,基于物联网技术开发了沥青混合料拌和站和摊铺机的数据实时采集程序,通过3G无线网络实现了数据实时传输,采用数据库、Java语言和统计过程控制(SPC)原理建立了基于B/S结构模型的沥青路面施工过程质量信息分析与评价模块,并对其关键技术进行研究;采用合格率、SPC控制图和过程能力指数等统计参数对沥青混合料拌和与摊铺的关键施工参数进行实时动态的评价和反馈,以可视化的图表显示评价结果,对超阈值数据进行高亮显示和自动短信报警。实际效果表明,该系统能实时、准确地对相关参数进行采集和分析评价,并对异常数据进行报警反馈。
In order to establish a complete set of real-time monitoring and evaluation system of asphalt pavement construction quality information,a real-time data acquisition program of asphalt mixing station and paver was developed based on Internet of things.Then real-time data transmission was realized through 3G wireless network.Moreover,the B/S structure model based quality information analysis and evaluation module of asphalt pavement construction process was established by using database,Java language and statistical process control(SPC)principle while its key technologies were studied.The key construction parameters of mixing and paving of asphalt mixture were evaluated and feedback dynamically in real time by using the statistical parameters,such as qualified rate,SPC control chart and process capability index.The evaluation results were displayed in visual charts and the data exceeding the threshold was highlighted and automatic SMS alarm was given.The results showed that the system could collect,analyze and evaluate the relevant parameters in real time and accurately as well as giving alarm feedback to abnormal data.
