隧道施工围岩失稳影响因素与监测分析——以磨山隧道为例

摘要 安全监测系统是隧道施工的重要组成部分,不同隧道工程不确定因素较多,为确保施工安全,实时监测围岩动态和支护结构的工作状态,需要建立全面的监控量测方案。以磨山隧道施工过程中的典型断面为例,对其拱顶下沉和周边位移收敛、混凝土层应力及锚杆轴力进行监控量测。通过数据统计与回归分析方法对量测结果进行剖析,结合隧道施工围岩失稳的影响因素:洞口软弱围岩浅埋地段、洞身地段和支护时间提出积极建议,以保障隧道施工的安全作业。 Safety monitoring system is an important part of tunnel construction,there are many uncertain factors in different tunnel engineering,in order to ensure the safety of construction,realtime monitoring of surrounding rock dynamic and supporting structure of the working state,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive monitoring measurement scheme.Taking the typical section of Moshan tunnel as an example,the arch subsidence and surrounding displacement convergence,the stress of concrete layer and the axial force of anchor bolt are monitored and measured.Through data statistics and regression analysis method to analyze the measured results,combined with the influence factors of tunnel construction surrounding rock instability:weak surrounding rock shallow buried section,tunnel body section and supporting time,put forward positive suggestions to ensure the safe operation of tunnel construction.
